Steel Fab Enterprises participated in the fabrication and erection of the new 3-Story Ponessa office building in Lancaster, PA. This project utilized 104 tons of structural steel framing that tied into ICF poured in place walls, supported precast plank floors. Due to these conditions it took extremely close coordination between the GC and ourselves to make sure all embeds were located correctly, schedule multiple mobilizations and navigate a tight jobsite in order to get the steel erected on time. The misc metals package included several stair towers with standard picket rails, galvanized picket rails, steel framed rails w/SS cable, anodized aluminum framed cable rails, crushed glass resin panel in-fill rails, and more. Next time you’re in Lancaster stop at the corner of North Prince and West Lemon Streets to see the beautifully designed Café di Vetro on the ground floor of “The Tower” and enjoy a sandwich and drink.
